In this other assault, an individual approached a person with a sharp object in an attempt to steal their belongings, and when the victim refused to hand over their things, the assailant, who has already been arrested, nicked them in the neck causing a minor wound.
The residents of this housing development complain that they have to live day by day with these types of situations that cause them genuine fear.
